D.R.A.M.A with Donations Solicited for Kyle Rittenhouse
Accusations of criminal activity by Lin Wood alleged through a Twitter account connected to the Rittenhouse family

“Lin kept Kyle in jail when he didn’t have to. Lin stole donations to Kyle. Lin is a fraud.” ~ Tweet from @FreeKyleUSA, January 6, 2021
Concerns about the #FightBack Foundation soliciting donations for Kyle Rittenhouse were raised as soon as news hit that attorney John Pierce was involved. Pierce’s finances, sobriety, and violent tendencies have all dogged the attorney who has seen a healthy amount of rejection and abandonment since his time in a UCLA psychiatric facility in 2016. During the summer of 2020, Pierce and Atlanta attorney Lin Wood announced a #FightBack Foundation, or as Pierce has referred to him, “The Great Lin Wood.” Several months later, Pierce is involved in multiple fundraising efforts (none of them are #FightBack), Wood has been “permanently banned” from Twitter, and a @FreeKyleUSA Twitter account connected to a separate Rittenhouse fundraising effort has accused Lin Wood of engaging in criminal activity.
The identity of the person lodging the accusations is a mystery. The writing style, messaging, as well as the tweet below, leads to reasonable suspicion that perhaps it may be John Pierce.

For those new to this, the short of it is, Pierce has heavy personal and professional debt, as well as a history of substance abuse; when his dire financial situation became public, Pierce stepped off the #FightBack Board, but donations were still permitted to flow to his law firm, and he remained involved in fundraising efforts. A few months later, Rittenhouse was bailed out, or as Pierce puts it: “with the assistance of former United States special operations forces, we successfully extracted Kyle from detention. . .”
Wood then shifted his and #FightBack’s efforts away from Rittenhouse to focus on Trump election fraud.
A new fundraising appeal was commenced, FreeKyleUSA.com, and the cash strapped Pierce has been at the forefront of fundraising efforts. The related website links to, and displays, tweets from a Twitter account in the same name — @FreeKyleUSA — which is the mystery account discussed above. It has been represented that the website is owned and operated by the Rittenhouse family.
Pierce’s financial issues reared their head again when the Rittenhouse prosecutor challenged the Los Angeles based attorney’s application to practice law in Wisconsin. The opposition states that “given [Pierce’s] own substantial personal debts, his involvement with an unregulated and opaque ‘slush fund’ provides ample opportunity for self-dealing and fraud.” Pierce withdrew his application the same day.
While all this was going on, one #FightBack donor threatened to sue, another individual flagged tax concerns, and others have complained about a lack of meaningful financial transparency from #FightBack.
Until a few days ago, there was no outwards signs of any beef between Pierce and Wood. It seemed as if they had simply moved in other directions.
But now with Wood under nationwide attack, and a subsequent “permanent ban” from Twitter, the #FreeKyleUSA account has gone on a heavy attack. In addition to the cover photo posts, another post has accused Lin Wood of being a “fraud” who “stole” money from #FightBack, and yet another says that evidence of “crimes” has “been given to the authorities.”

These are heavy accusations, which elevates interest in who is actually behind the account. While certain circumstances suggest Pierce, there is nothing conclusive. We did, however, find this tweet of interest.

It is an interesting situation, an “ABSOLUTE SAVAGE” one if you’ve been following this all closely.
A few major questions remain on the table:
Who is operating the @FreeKyleUSA account? Is it John Pierce?
Were #FightBack donations “stolen” or misused?
If so, who was involved? Lin Wood? John Pierce? Both? Something else?
Accusations have been made.
From an unknown source.
They are serious.
The plot thickens.
